Let stand 3-5 minutes before serving

Arrange 4 to 5 chicken breasts (or 1 pound) in a single layer in a shallow microwave-safe dish.
Cook at medium power for 12 minutes (10 minutes single piece) or until chicken can be easily pierced with fork and internal juices run clear.
Microwave 5 pieces on HIGH for 1-2 minutes
Let stand for 3-5 minutes before serving
